At SPMA, our mission is to provide students with rigorous academics, including vocal and instrumental music education.

 

All K-5 students learn how to sing, read music, and play basic songs on keyboards, guitars, drums and percussion instruments. Band and orchestra are offered to student in grades 3-5. Students perform throughout the year, including winter and spring concerts that celebrate the many cultures of our school.

 

Classes in music, science, art and physical education provide students with variety beyond core academics. We also work with organizations to provide hands-on experiences in art, music, theater, and science.

 

As an Achievement Plus school, we offer support to families, including connections to community partners and after-school programming along with dental care and other on-site services.
