Students choose Creative Arts because they love challenges in both academics and the arts. They have the desire to pursue their artistic vision, and appreciate our supportive and inclusive school community. With a newly renovated building in downtown St. Paul, Creative Arts provides a unique learning experience through performing arts, visual and media arts, technical arts and literary arts. In our brand new learning spaces – including a dance studio, ensemble room, gallery and theater – we provide a challenging curriculum that inspires excellence. Creative Arts thrives through creative activities such as art shows, performances, open mics, artist residencies, local business collaborations, and more. Our learning environment also includes museums, the Ordway Center for Performing Arts and the Lowertown artist community.

Please Note: Creative Arts Secondary, grades 9-12, uses Metro Transit instead of school buses to get students to and from
school. Learn more at spps.org/creativearts.
